Enter to Win an E-bike in Our Customer Drawing

We’re excited to give our customers an opportunity to win an e-bike!

Customers from Buena Park, Fullerton and Irvine who sign up to receive our newsletter in the months of May and June will be automatically entered into the drawing for a brand new Electra Townie Go! 5i EQ Step-Thru E-bike. The last day to be entered is July 31, 2024. The winner will be notified via email in August.

Official Rules and Regulations

1. To enter into the drawing, participants must submit their email address at ocpower.org to sign-up to receive emails from Orange County Power Authority.

2.  Participants who sign up between 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time on May 1, 2024 and 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on July 31, 2024 (“Giveaway Period”) will be entered into the drawing.

3. One (1) prize winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted from among all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Orange County Power Authority will notify the prize winner by email within approximately 30 business days after the random drawing date and after the prize winner’s eligibility is verified. If a prize winner is disqualified, an alternate prize winner will be selected at random from among all remaining non-winning eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

4. Contestants must be 18 years of age or over.

5. The approximate value of the prize is $2,400.

6. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash.

7. Contestants must be an Orange County Power Authority customer. The prize winner may be asked to provide their name and service address for customer verification purposes.

8. Orange County Power Authority reserves the right to disqualify contestants who fail to follow these Rules and Regulations or who make any misrepresentations relative to the Giveaway or redemption of the prize.

9.  By participating in the Giveaway, each contestant: (i) represents he/she is eligible to participate in the Giveaway as provided in these Rules and Regulations, and (ii) fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Rules and Regulations and the decisions of Orange County Power Authority, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Giveaway.

10. All prizes are provided and accepted “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, and sponsor hereby disclaims all such warranties, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and/or non-infringement.

11.  Officials and employees of the following entities and their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings or spouse, regardless of where they live, or persons living in the same household, whether related or not) are not eligible to participate: Orange County Power Authority, any of its member agencies, and any other entity that is engaged in the development, production, execution, administration or distribution of this Giveaway, including, but not limited to, entities supplying the prizes herein.

12. Odds of being selected as the prize winner will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

13. The prize winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes associated with the prize, if any.

14. By participating in this Giveaway, contestant agrees to release and hold harmless Orange County Power Authority, its member agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, managers, employees, agents, representatives, consultants and legal advisors (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt, redemption or use of any prize.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VALID IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA UNLESS PROHIBITED BY LOCAL LAWS. VOID IN ALL OTHER STATES AND COUNTRIES.
