Orange County Power Authority (OCPA) is offering customers Energy Efficiency Kits for free or at reduced cost through the OCPA Marketplace.
The kit is available for no cost to customers enrolled in the California Alternate Rates for Energy (CARE) program or the Family Electric Rate Assistance (FERA) program, and for all half price, $25, for all other OCPA customers.
