The Orange County Power Authority (OCPA) is developing a
long-term plan for new energy and cost-saving programs –
informed by community input on local needs.
This Community Power Plan will:
- Identify community energy needs and priorities, like affordable ways to cool homes during heat waves
- Develop an action plan to address these priorities through new program offerings and partnerships with existing programs.
