If you opted out of Orange County Power Authority (OCPA) but have since changed your mind, we would be thrilled to welcome you back. By returning to OCPA you will join more than 200,000 residential customers that are currently served by OCPA.

If you opted out of OCPA before starting service with us you may return at any time by calling us at 1-866-262-7693 or emailing us at answers@ocpower.org.

If you opted out of OCPA after starting service with us and would like to return to our service, Southern California Edison (SCE) requires you to complete this form. Give us a call at 1-866-262-7693 and we’ll walk you through it.

If you opted out of OCPA after your service launch, SCE requires you to stay with SCE service for a minimum of 12 months before returning to OCPA. Not sure when you started service? Contact us!
